Rule 29D
To be packed in biodegradable material
(1) Establishments that produce tobacco, khaini, gutkha, pan masala, sweet betel nuts etc. must pack only in biodegradable materials other than plastic from 1st Baisakh 2081.
(2) The licensee who imports goods as per sub-rule (1) shall pack such goods in materials as per sub-rule.
